Only reason Mcdavid took that contract was so that when he leaves, the fans can't hate him.
It was full on a publicist who made that decision, so they don't burn down his wifes restaurant.
Just a business move.

It was close but that isn't the point. The point is no official saw it, the Oilers cried about it, then they have a huddle and decide to go all a penalty. It is like in the NFL where the officials don't see pass interference and the receiver gets up and makes a throw a flag motion over and over and all the sudden a late flag flies out. It's bs. If you don't see it don't call it because someone fn whines about it.

It's clearly just a reactionary thing to try to bat that down and not intentional.
