Beiber always take 2 or 3 innings to get into a groove. With that top of the third taking a while he’s still not really settled.
Edit: Don’t like this. As mentioned Beiber takes a while to get going and that last pitch was a strike. I trust him to go for a couple more innings, certainly more then the bullpen to get 6 innings worth of outs.
