Completely a question out of left field, but why do pitchers gets not have different arm angles like Pedro Martinez used to do? Seems like a pretty simple thing to do given their talent, especially for fastballs, even if thrown out of the norm occasionally.

I think pitching is an unnatural motion to begin with so little changes in angles may seem simple to us but would cause damage.
