Best moment of the event so far, happens on mute during playing through. Not that I want to encourage Trump's fascist tendencies, but stripping NBC of this wouldn't be the worst thing.

Great day for Europe but I don't get the feeling they run away with this. Surely Scottie will play better and Rahm can't play like this for three days? And looks like the US found something with Cam Young.
We'll see. Seems like a huge lead now, but if US gains just a single point tomorrow they go into singles down two. That's nothing.

Don’t think you have to worry about the Americans. They were lucky to get 2 and a half points on Friday. The Europeans are pumping them early on the foursomes today. Americans have a bad captain and a bad team which is a bad combo.

He genuinely looks lost out there and totally overwhelmed by the occasion. Don't get why he felt the need to be hovering over the players on every teebox.
Going to get completely destroyed in the presser later today re putting English/Morikawa out there.
Listen to the very first question and his response.
That shot on 18 by Scheffler put such a big smile on my face. What a choke job. Henley missing a 12 footer and not even giving it a chance that the average 5 handicapper would 4 out 10 times on 17 really sums up the American team.
Bad team with a bad captain. Really really hope that the Europeans just run away with this thing.
Europe needs to lock in, the Americans run off momentum and testosterone fueled by their crowd. Have to at least draw this afternoon session and then in a good spot tomorrow. I always fear some crazy comeback here.

Yup.
I question Morikawa in foursomes. He's a great iron player, yes, but his putting should not be leaned on every other hole.

That was a pretty awesome exchange between Rose/Fleetwood and Bryson walking off 15. I expected to see some blows but maybe the are saving them for the next green when the match is done.
Sometimes these things are really simple to sum up, and this Ryder Cup has simply been the Euros best players have been unconscious and the Americans best players have pretty much stunk.

Well the host gets to decide on the course set up, the Americans obviously thought this set up would benefit them. Clearly they were wrong. Obviously, this would be significantly harder if it was a US Open set up, but with how Europe is putting even that kind of set up probably wouldn't matter. Would be the all-time miracle if the Americans won this, need at least 8 outright wins to even have a chance.
