I've only seen parts of that Trump and RFK presser, but that was so bat#### crazy that the SNL writers wouldn't have been able to come up with anything close to that only a few years ago. That's what happens when you ignore science and give the keys to a conspiracy theorist clown.

Im only reading what's being written about it but my understanding is the government announced Tylenol taken during pregnancy is what causes autism and they did so with exactly zero scientific evidence right? A vibes based approach to medicine is probably fine

They absolutely do have Tylenol but its expensive as all hell (because its difficult to import it), but I believe they do make their own generic acetaminophen substitute.
But man...a quick dip, a Cuba Libre and some sunshine tends to cure most headaches.
