Yea I'm not sure what else they're supposed to do. Either try to make it with only frosting and only have it vaguely look John Oliver-ish, or print his actual face on it. Given the demand for these cake bears that the news story reported, they had to go with the latter
Sometimes I wonder how much money this is going to cost the states. I am sure eventually there will be a class action law suit for all the people that have been taken out without any due process or misidentified. That clip of ICE breaking windows of the car of a person they misidentified as the person (which itself was crazy and probably beyond traumatic).
Solid, solid episode last night. The main story of course was Jimmy Kimmel, I was considering posting in the Kirk thread but thats just a cluster of folks dragging their asses across the carpet like dogs.
That being said, I highly recommend this episode. Obviously its not so much about Kimmel as it is about the Government being able to censor information that they dont like and how they go about it and why we should be concerned about that.
Also it caps off with a show about highly depressed German bread.

I loved that the bread gave absolutely nothing to either John or the void
The German bread thing was fantastic, but only the original stuff. I found in English it just didn't have the depression of a sad sounding German and subtitles.
