Teams seemed to have gotten a ton of solid, hard contact on Max all year in the early innings. He'll probably shut things down by the 3rd, so hopefully it isn't too late and Jays bats come to play.

Starting to get a little stressed about the division. The Royals are going to be a tough out. The Red Sox have their best pitchers lined up and they're going to be fighting for a wild card. And then the Rays will just do Rays things.

Jays need to take 2 from Kansas City. This is a putrid start.

Yeah, I'm forced to watch a lot of Friday night games down here in the US this way. Pretty good broadcasts over all, I like the percentage stats.

There are 8 innings of baseball to play and they are the best comeback team in the majors. But this is very concerning that Max is getting rocked list this.

Yesavage might need to prepare to be the third starter for the playoffs. No pressure kid.

That's the right call but a couple of runs too late. When a guy is getting smashed like that, and with the position we're in....come on.

Our rotation has gone from looking like a bunch of experienced vets to a bunch of decrepit vets pretty quickly. Berrios, Bassitt, and Scherzer are all massive question marks. Bieber hasn’t looked dominant in his last starts either.

I think Scherzer is maxed out. He’s pitched more than I expected this season and it looks like he’s hit the wall for a 41 year old.

Yeah. I was just wondering how quickly they could get a reliever warm

Whew! The first is done, time to get some runs!

Is that an ERA of 94.5 for Scherzer that game? Have we just seen his last appearance? Not sure you can risk starting him again after that disaster.

Yeah I’m worried about the division.
