On the player fault side, this is definitely a golden rule that gets overlooked. When you’re got a guy who is going out there shooting 110 and he’s pulling out the range finder on every shot, taking 2-3 clubs to his ball so he can pick based on the read, standing over putts and trying to pick the perfect line…

Like hunny, this isn’t the PGA and if it were you’re not making the cut regardless of what you do. Put the tools and Golf YouTube tips away and play the game.

Had a similar experience at Shaganappi once. We were the last group in twilight and the group in front of us was so slow we went back 3 holes and played them again. We caught them twice doing that.

We were going to only play 9 holes but think we got in 15 or something like that.

Anyone know any good places for re-gripping in Calgary? The turnaround at golf town is ridiculous these days.

Its easy to do yourself, took me less than an hour when I did it.

One of the staff at my golf course showed me how to do it years ago. I do mine in my garage. I buy my grip tape and solvent off Amazon and the grips when Golf Town has grips on sale.
