It was a play on what is happening to people's employment, you right wing nutjobs took it off topic. Let it go. It didn't insult Kirk or choose sides, people in both sides are getting fired over taking a side. So don't make it something it isn't

But...if its a 'dating thing' wouldnt 'being named' just be part of the deal? I've never done the online dating thing so I cant really say. Do people date anonymously? Like those old-timey Gala Balls where all of the Landed Gentry wear masks and stuff?

I don't think it's worth much reading the subtext of a post from a random person who is not thinking about sourcing or journalistic standards, that is open reciting hearsay without positive identification.

What ever it is, it is going to come out. And when it does come out we would be better off to let things playout before spouting off a bunch of opinions.

If it is enough to be suspended publicly by his employer like this, they almost certainly have some that will provide more than enough fodder for us to complain about here, in time.
