Kirk is like a satellite orbiting the MAGA world, consequential but not a decision maker. Laura Loomer, Alex Jones, Joe Rogan, Tim Pool, Christopher Rufo are similar. Useful idiots.

I don't buy that Patel can feel any sense of embarrassment. He is an absolute clown.

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.

I’m no expert on baseball hand signals but those two guys behind Kirk sure looked like they were signalling instructions to a pitcher.

nobody is cheerleading. People simply aren't mourning or showing empathy for a person who himself was devoid of feeling any empathy when school shooting after school shooting happened. Nobody is advocating for political violence, but people won't shed a tear for someone who justified the deaths of innocent people just for the 2nd amendment. And people will obviously point out the hypocrisy when people stay silent when a Democrat is killed but are up in arms when a Republican bites the bullet.

I like to use the term loosely to describe people who support fascist ideology and white supremacy. I believe Charlie previously supported Elon’s Nazi salute. He’s a mysoginistic and racist piece of ####. He’d also fall firmly into Christofascist territory.
He also seems very much like a guy who puts on an SS uniform at home and it probably turns him on. I’m sure he’s started many sentences with “you know Hitler did a lot of good things for Germany like…”
But it’s not like Nazis are an active political party in the USA. That’s what the Republican Party is for.
So when someone says Charlie Kirk was a pos Nazi, I think we need to think about what it means when we say that. It’s not like it’s completely without merit. Just because the guy didn’t fly a Nazi flag from his flag pole doesn’t mean he didn’t have a lot of creepy similarities with classic nazis and modern neo Nazi movements.
Arguing over whether he was a Nazi in a technical sense feels a bit pointless.
|
I think when people label others as Nazis, what they really mean today is Neo-Nazi(but it doesn't roll off the tongue in a slap fight as well).
Neo-Nazism comprises the post–World War II militant, social, and political movements that seek to revive and reinstate Nazi ideology. Neo-Nazis employ their ideology to promote hatred and racial supremacy (often white supremacy), to attack racial and ethnic minorities (often antisemitism and Islamophobia), and in some cases to create a fascist state.[1][2]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neo-Nazism
Now, Nazi ideology is described as
Nazism is a form of fascism,[4][5][6][7] with disdain for liberal democracy and the parliamentary system. Its beliefs include support for dictatorship,[3] fervent antisemitism, anti-communism, anti-Slavism,[8] anti-Romani sentiment, scientific racism, white supremacy, Nordicism, social Darwinism, homophobia, ableism, and eugenics.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nazism
I suspect Neo-Nazis are less interested in the ant-Salvism and ant-Romani stuff, which is why the Neo-Nazi label is a more accurate one. But for short, we'll just call them Nazis. And if they gut gunned down for being Nazis? Let's go with Charlies.

How do you feel about the anti-vaxer that shot up the CDC last month with hundreds of rounds and killed a cop(somehow missing all the other employees just doing their jobs to save American lives)? All because he doesn't understand science. Oh, you probably didn't hear about that one because dudes like Rogan and Musk and Fox and the goddamned President weren't going on and on about it. Presumably because it clashes with their own anti-science world view, and may make them look a bit like fools themselves if they had to get into the motives, and start sympathizing with the murderer.
We don't even know who shot Charlie yet, it could have been Russians stirring up the culture war for all we know. But the fact remains violence is all over the US, and this is just another tic mark on the gun barrel. This is what true freedom looks like in a complicated society.

He's duped a whole lot of religious folk. Masterful deception.

Right. Not that I agree (who knows) but I have seen some say it could be some Nick Fuentes supporter, as he had a gripe with Kirk for not being extreme enough.

No ####, it's very revealing what activates these MAGA loons. Pure silence and apathy until a a racist white christian man gets it.

America is sometimes amusing. Maybe
Flipping between Fox and CNN today (radio) just because how any individual is portrayed is interesting. That aside, commercial on Fox for medical insurance. Blah, blah. But the number to call to sign up? 888 22BIBLE. For medical insurance.
God bless America
