It's a bit of a crapshoot here, but my final three are:
Columbus (Johnny/Monny, and no other reason to hate them)
Florida (the cups)
Philadelphia (they feel like a kindred spirit. Similar level of mid, some wasted years with great talents in parts of the 90s/00s, and their state rival keeps getting gifted generational talents)

I'm still voting for Edmonton East in Buffalo.
I feel for their fans though, 18 years and counting since they last won a playoff series, and 14 years since they've made it to the playoffs.
