When is the city going to figure out that many people don't have the ability to parse signage that includes more than two conditions?
The right turn from Richmond Rd onto 17th Ave SW should just have a "no right turn on red" sign that is lit when cyclists have the light. I get stuck behind someone who refuses to turn when it's free and clear every time.

We did a cleanup of Crowsnest River today - things recovered: shopping cart, inflatable raft, car parts, paddle, sandal, clothing, golf balls, plastic bags and wrappers, beer cans, small basketball, and a large dead brown trout!
