H2H is 2-1 for Felix but Demon won the last match on the Rome clay in 2024. Previous two matches were on hard court in 2022 including the Davis Cup Finals.
That all said, Demon is a much improved player and I could easily see this match go the distance.

Yeah and a very important win not only to continue his run at the US Open, but live rankings he's now back inside the top 20 and is currently #11 as far as the ATP race for the Turin finals at the end of the year is concerned. If he can continue this form into the Asian swing and the Europe indoor swing, he's got a real chance to make the ATP Finals.

Bublik came into the Sinner match and had yet to be broken the entire tourney (55 consecutive holds of serve). Sinner has broken in both of Bublik's service games tonight.
