Yeah, the side facing downtown is one of the more prime locations in Calgary.

I live not too far...and between the txt messages between locals here, I saw a photo of a house with what looked liked smoke emanating from it (as in a smoke bomb not fire). Also sounds like suspect may not longer be with us.

HE WAS WITH US????

Jim Prentice lived on that road.

I thought the Shaw house was the one on the far east side. Which is right there.

There was what I could only assume a larger CPS drone that was hovering above the giant car dealership mansion around 5pm. At that time Hawcs was also still orbiting above and we had CPS presence all along the bottom of the bluff in Sunnyside.

Can't say I'm not enjoying how quiet it is around here this evening.

Interesting contrast. At the top of the bluff is a gunman surrounded by a massive police contingent, at the bottom of the bluff an ice cream truck driving around and my neighbours chilling on their deck with some Michael Buble type #### on repeat.
