Would it have killed them to go with Calgary Progressive Party? Or they could have been the Calgary Progressive Conservatives and then just collect all of the votes of conservative voters who won't bother to research the election but will blindly check the box for the CPC or the Progressive Conservatives.

I was browsing the Communities First YYC info page and the double speak is so very blatant:
“Communities First brings a group of likeminded future councillors and mayoral candidate who will work together to ensure meaningful progress on key issues.”
…a few paragraphs later…
“Every Councillor must be free to represent their constituents first and foremost”

I've been getting several Gondek emails. Are they even permitted to have signs go out yet? I thought it had to be under a month. Which is a good thing. I know Farkas did the early thing last time too. Several months out.

I went on vacation in August and came home to discover the election threw up on my neighbourhood. Giant signs everywhere. Only for councillor though, haven't seen any mayor ones.

I think on private property you can put signs up whenever you want, the restrictions are on public property.
