I think it's one of those things where they've become so big, or rather such a big part of Canadian culture, that people that don't like them feel the need to be extra loud about it.
Which I'm not entirely criticising them for, because I'm totally that way with other things

They didn't have one handy.

And all this after waiting for 18 minutes in line to talk to the teller in the first place.
Banks RGMG today.

I need to know why you needed a roll of twonies?

Most Hip fans I’ve met tend to be extremely defensive for some reason.

Haha. No, no those days are long past.
We have 'dress down' days at work that are $2/shift, so I just keep the roll in my locker to cover that.

I do still love Moonlight Desires by Gowan. It’s 99% nostalgia and 1% that scene in degrassi junior high add on special that was nearly xrated with Joey Jeremiah and that blonde girl.
I actually watched that hip documentary and it was good, cancon just has filled my life limit of them. Bill Barilko song I like.

BS.
You stuffed them in a sock and beat vagrants with it. I've seen it before.

Well that's a unique thing more than goodness me sighting . Langdon, and specifically the Firehouse bar and grill (it's pretty big inside and wonderfully set up for live music) has a history of paying up for bigger acts both comedy and music. Really, they're attracting calgary fans of the band to pack the bar, rather than the band being so small theyre playing a tiny town.
Combine that with the fact that was not a finger eleven standard show, it was a purposeful small acoustic tour they were doing, and the venue made sense. Finger eleven still plays decent sized crowds and festivals on their regular tours. (Theyre playing Grey eagle this fall).

Yeah and I think their label made them change it to be more palatable to to radio play, so they made it Finger Eleven and I guess the label didnt really think the name through.

I'm now pondering if this eleventh finger would be a benefit or an impediment. If you had to have one, where on your hand would you want it?
