I can't imagine snorting anything up my nose that's been on a night club toilet seat. I wouldn't even touch those things with my shoe. You know you should seek help when.......

Have you ever seen most coke addicts, they really are not the people to care much about sanitary conditions. Hell they are putting a potentially deadly substance up their nose. I think that the lid is the top of the toilet/the ceramic thing.

I think it's more the toilet seat COVER (the top piece that prevents splashing when flushing) they're talking about here, rather than the actual seat you park your cheeks on.

There's nothing "potentially deadly" about ingesting anything that's come into contact with a club toilet. It's certain death!

I don't think it matters either way. In most club bathrooms it seems like anywhere in the stall is fair game for bodily functions.

Seriously though, I know a couple people from my home town who are hooked on coke. We were friends back in high school, but that stuff has really messed them up. They barely resemble their former selves, and nothing they'd do would really suprise me.
