always mind-boggling when something like this happens to professional athletes.

on another note, Leipzig getting smashed today makes me feel good about Stuttgart this season. They looked miles better against Bayern last week.

I'd have hauled the clown off immediately.

And theres the Kane Hat Trick. Leipzig just getting woodshedded.

Kairat have qualified for the Champions League by winning 4 rounds, the last yesterday against Celtic.

They now become the Eastern most city ever Almaty

Obviously it seems like they are included in UEFA due to being a former Soviet republic but it's wild how far east they are compared to a whole slew of countries further west of them that play in the Asian confederation.

They simply applied to be in UEFA, similar to Australia applying to be in AFC.
UEFA is the harder route for the national team for sure but has more money overall.

Even for just having a locked in path to the CL annually probably makes Kazak football more money than sneaking into the occasional World Cup in AFC.

Also Bodo/Glimt qualified for the first time, the northern most city ever, above the arctic circle 67° North

And also Pafos from Cyprus down south. So teams will be racking up airmiles this year.
