Season was lost when nothing was done at the deadline to address this

Schneider not giving Hoffman an inning or so in the Rockies’ series hurts but my god for a closer, Hoffman is awfully mentally soft.

Miracle!

Fluharty with the 2 biggest outs of the season.

Hoffman owes him his paycheck.

Can’t believe they won that. Hoffman with an absolutely embarrassing performance.

Yikes. Hoffman has said and Shulman talked about it, that he doesn’t like more than 3 days off and he really gets uncomfortable and rusty.

With that public knowledge Schneider should’ve got him in the Rockies series or even last nights blowout for a few batters.

Is that not for why the Bullpen exists?

As someone casual, that was a blast! I mean, I really dont care much either way, but seeing a team get rather thoroughly out-played but are still in with a shout and then sub-in a guy who, frankly, sucked out loud so badly he nearly single-handedly lost them the game and then lo and behold new guy comes in and snatches victory from the jaws of almost certain defeat at the absolute death??

Alright. That was fun.

Win's a win, but crap, wish the Jays showed better in this series. I get the Dodgers are a top team, but so too are the Jays, but unfortunately, they looked out matched everywhere. Bad games happen, so hoping it's just one of those rough stretches for the Jays.

Well. I dont know much about baseball, but in soccer and often hockey it is often said that good teams find ways to win even when they're playing badly.

So...take that for what its worth.

Didn't think they would win that after the shaky stuff going on.

Thank goodness.

Also seeing the Jays in the powder blues in a day game at Dodger Stadium reminded me of the day Dennis Martinez got his perfect game there for the Expos when they had the powder blues.

It would have been nice to win another one but I'll take it.

Has to be one of the games of the year with the lead changes and late drama. Lucky to win with 13 walks but nothing wrong with winning 1 in LA and maintaining the division lead.

I think Joseph is amazing and would love to see him as the full time colour guy replacing Buck. Between health issues and his stories all being 40 years old I think it's time for Buck to hang it up. Joseph actually reminds me of him quite a bit, but his stories are all 40 years newer and relevant to the game as it is now.
