I remember there were two Herb Jennifer episodes that were just so good.

The one where Jennifer took swim suit pictures and the photographer took pictures of her changing without her knowing and was threatening to sell them, and Herb came to her rescue.

The other episode where Herb had a health scare, I think it was his heart, and Jennifer was right there to support him when he was terrified of leaving his family.

she was so good in that show.

Kelley Mack, 33, who played Addy in the Walking Dead, as well as some other smaller roles on shows like 9-1-1.

She had been battling cancer.

The terribly underrated British singer/guitarist Terry Reid, dead at 75.

Turned down an opportunity to join Jimmy Page as the lead singer for Led Zeppelin, instead he recommended some kid named Robert Plant.

Six Apollo astronauts are still alive: David Scott (Apollo 9 and 15), Russell Schweickart (Apollo 9), Buzz Aldrin (Apollo 11), Fred Haise (Apollo 13), Charles Duke (Apollo 16), and Harrison Schmitt (Apollo 17). Schweickart and Haise did not land on the Moon.

turned down Deep Purple as well, but judging by the internal dynamics of that band that was probably a good move

Bobby Whitlock passed, big figure in southern music circles of the late 60's early seventies, started in Stax ended up forming Delanie and Bonnie and founding Derek and the Dominoes

One of my favourite songs from Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs, co-written by Whitlock and Eric Clapton.

He was great in Young Guns, and had a small but memorable spin in the Phantom Menace as well. And he was a great foil in Wall Street where he insulted Gordan Gecko's mother and added to his downfall.

Great movie:

In a career spanning six decades, perhaps his most challenging performance came after he was offered the role of Bernadette, a transgender woman who embarks on an Australian road trip with two drag queens, in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (1994).

The Hit was my favourite movie by him I think, although his early work, Billy Bud especially was supurb, I lived across the lane from him and Sean Connery when they shared a flat in the early sixties, I was a baby but they was always polite to my mum according to her
