Giving up a couple of game cheques to get the deal done is a sacrifice worth making.
This isn't how it works though. Once you report to camp you pretty much are stuck.

Sanders completed 14 of 23 passes for 138 yards and two touchdown passes in the first half to Kaden Davis on Friday night as the Cleveland Browns defeated the Carolina Panthers 30-10. [thescore]
Eight kickers have attempted 70-yarders in the regular season, and all of them failed.
A sixth-round draft pick from Arkansas in 2024, Little made 27 of 29 field-goal attempts as a rookie and all 27 extra points. His long was 59 yards, which tied Josh Scobee’s franchise record. Scobee, who retired in 2017, was at Saturday’s game but told Little he missed it because he went to the bathroom.
According to Isaac Punts who does study special teams play, one thing he thinks that will help kickers is that they are now allowed to start preparing the kicking game balls a day in advance whereas in previous seasons they were only getting like 3 hours.

Since all sports media now has to go hot take after preseason game one (lol) I think it's safe to say everyone drafted is a bust except for Dart and Sanders while the sophomore slump is going to make everyone from last year look like trash.
Tuned into the preseason game on Fox tonight, and the first thing that stood out to me was the transparent scorebox again. I seriously hope that does not make it into the regular season because it's awful with the logos

Speaking of starting QB's in a shocking turn of events Danny Dimes has won the Colts starting job over Anthony-bust before he was drafted-Richardson. Who could have possibly foreseen events unfolding in such a manner?

I stick to my stance from day one: no he doesn't. He sucks. He's always sucked. He sucked at Florida and he sucks now and he will always suck. He was wickedly overdrafted because someone thought they could find another Josh Allen and the only thing left to make the prophecy complete would be the colts FO being fired.

Of course he was overdrafted, almost every QB is overdrafted now. GOAT Nix was overdrafted as ####, but he ended up in an elite situation, so now five Super Bowls is his floor. Richardson ended up in top five poverty situation, he was never succeeding there. But thats Colts poverty for you, they brought in a 171 year old, virtually crippled Matt Ryan and thought they could win with that. Maybe things change now that Drunky McPills has kicked, but probably not. Without Peyton falling into their lap they are likely the San Antonio Colts by now.

When you draft the ultimate boom/bust prospect, nobody should be surprised that he busts. Richardson looks like the classic athletic QB with cannon arm that can't process fast enough or throw with the required accuracy for the NFL. Statistically he's amongst the worst top 10 picked QB's ever in a dead heat with Russell, Rosen, Harrington, Leinart. Ask Bears fans what happens when you draft a QB top 10 that only had 13 career college starts (Mr. Biscuit). The fact that his record as a starter is 8-7 just goes to show what athletic freak he is when he has room to take off and run but in the NFL you need a QB that can make all the throws. I would say the Colts going with Danny Dimes is the best thing that could happen to Richards as maybe he can develop better at a slower pace rather than being thrown into the fire and failing. I don't like his chances as we have seen this type of QB fail more than not.

Regarding the Vikings male cheerleaders.... Who is this for exactly? It's not like they're the Elks yell leaders who add their own power lifting of the cheerleaders and add a new thing. These gentlemen are dancing in very feminine ways. Which doesn't bother me doesn't effect me, but, leaves me asking who is this for?
