Ha. What am I missing here? Coors Field has a massive outfield that can take homeruns away regardless of altitude...

If healthy Varsho would be on a 63 HR pace, while hitting .217 lol

11/23 hits are home runs

He's inconsistent at the plate, but when he connects he really connects

Can the Jays just play the Rockies for a couple weeks. Really boost those stats? It's like when you start a season in the show and turn the difficulty down for a bit to up the stats.

Does Varsho need therapy? Because he absolutely beat the #### out of some baseballs tonight.

Good stuff.

Hilarious how worked up pundits were about run differential. Mainly Yankees fans. Almost like they set a record for runs scored against the Brewers during the second series of the year which gave them a foundation for their inflated run diff. And now the Jays finally have an opponent that they're beating up on. Weird how that works.

I find run differential to be a bit useless. In 2021 the Jays had the 5th best run differential and missed the playoffs.

Ball gets tight in playoffs generally the ability to be clutch and win tight games is important?

Find it funny that I am posting this on a Flames message board, but am finding myself more excited about the Jays than I am about the Flames.

It's August 6th. The Jays have to be doing pretty bad for my attention to be on the Flames at this time of year.

One thing that the Jays have going for them is that the Yanks and Red Sox play each other 7 more times this season. They likely will beat up on each other…or one will totally dominate and completely bury the other team. At least both teams can’t win and make up ground.
