I like the fact Conroy went and got his scouts another pick to get a guy they wanted
Internally that probably means a lot

MMF is the tough as nails cop that "plays by his own rules". The force keeps suspending him when he crosses the line but he keeps coming back and then cracks a big case.

All that I can garner, is that the Russian scout saw this guy as having all of the tools, and will play in the KHL next year as a teenager. It's a long play, but in three years, maybe we will be lucky we took a chance on him.
Also, the scout said his stats are wrong. I imagine a Dolph Lundgren style training regimen.
