Nope they start at the CPHL.

2/3. Missed Armia by a hair, but happy to add Rodrigues for some depth. Plus Austrian prospect Rohrer, whom I drafted in 2022 but released when he went back to Europe. Now earned an ELC with Montreal after a strong WC, so I'll take him back and see how he develops.
