Terrible play calling. 2nd and 2 with a QB who can't throw and they throw....
but yeah that Mills fumble cost us the game.

Tucker rushed that 2nd down throw horribly. If he let that play develop for a second more and hits him in stride that's 20 yards and we're talking about mills running to lineup Paredes for a last second field goal. Hard to win when your backup is that bad.

Stamps gave up after VA went down. Embarrassing that the defence couldn’t get a stop when needed. That backup QB should do the honourable thing and resign. Dave would been more effective suiting up in relief.

how was that embarrassing by the defence? they held them to 3 field goals including a 57 yarder. Doesn't help that our offence pretty much went 3 and out in our last 4 drives.

Yeah sorry I was just a bit PO’d about how they slowly but predictably pissed away the lead in the 4th quarter. The d held up for the most part but needed to stop one if those drives sooner. But yeah, can’t pin it all on them.

Walker clearly not ready for prime time. He was way too nervous out there. It's been a great start to the season but turnovers have been a bit of a problem for this team and Mills has a few now. Hate to lose your starting QB on a needless scramble. Hopefully Adams isn't out long term.

Tough loss last night and hopefully VA is not out long term, but that was a stern four game stretch the Stamps just completed and to go 3-1 is pretty good. Still haven't lost to a divisional opponent.

Hard to overcome injuries to key players. Greene, VA, Alford, Philpot all left the game. All eyes are on the health of VA.
Montreal is a frustrating team to watch. 90% of their passes are short. When you don't play press coverage, easy yards on first down. Their defense is the best defense that the Stamps have played so far this year.
As for the Stamps, take the injuries out of it and I wish they would have committed more to the run early in the game, especially in the 2nd qtr.
I don't know what the attendance number will end up being but it really filled in, especially on the east side. Really good atmosphere.

I think I saw the official attendance number was just under 20K at 19,863
|
