Me saying that the Flames should trade someone in my opinion, is a lot different than posting insider Gifs like there is some big breaking news. It is almost every day and nothing has happened.

If you want me to clear it up though, people are welcome to their opinions. Anything I post is an opinion and I am not an insider. Just so everyone is clear on that. And I have never claimed to have inside information.

It’s Annoying as hell and clogs up threads (just as I’m doing right now) but people have to have their say on things I suppose. Glad our forefathers fought wars for our freedom so people could complain about gifs.

Not all of the gifs are for breaking trades though. Some are just for discussions that are happening. For example, a gif may mean a rival GM has just reached out to inquire about player X's availability, or they've made an offer on player Y. It doesn't always mean that the player X will be traded or that the offer on player Y will be accepted.

If you want to interpret each and every gif as meaning an imminent trade is happening, frankly that's on you.

The insiders provide a glimpse of the goings-on inside the front office, which is really interesting for discussion purposes.

And sometimes they break trades.

Nobody here has posted 2500 gifs in a row. Maybe try and understand why the gifs are posted and why members here like them. Asking questions will get you what you're interested in as opposed to whining about them.

My interpretation of the gifs in order, assuming it is abput Andersson:

1. Talks with one of the teams break down, Conroy tosses his phone in frustration.

2. Conroy circles back on a previous discussion with a team (spinning chimpanzee).

3. That team is one we've dealt with recently in the past (going back to the same dog twice)

4. Deal is done (train leaves the station).

We've done deals recently with both Vegas and Dallas. Dallas probably has better things to offer, so my guess is those talks broke down, Conroy throws his phone out in frustration, agrees to send Rasmus to Vegas.

Discussing hockey trades is hockey related. Speculating about crazy unrealistic hockey trades is hockey related. The GIFs are hockey related, even if you cannot understand them.
