Rain without hail or flakes is weird.

Some are, I’m sure. There’s standing water in fields East of here. I love rain but I know when to say enough.

Yes. I know this is controversial, but I like to have my house warm enough in July to not need a hoody on inside.

I know a lot of you miss the hot weather but this has been glorious. Fingers crossed that we get some great, hot weather in the coming weeks...and it'll be green! Best of both worlds

Sick of this ####.

Oh and Calgary police have closed southbound Tsuut’ina Trail between Glenmore Trail and 90 Avenue SW due to flooding this morning.

Google maps also has part of the interchange of Glenmore and Sarcee closed as well.

I selfishly have a major backyard renovation that has been underway for a month the original schedule had the job wrapping up by the end of July and my wife and I have a 2 week block off in August (one week kid free) to enjoy the space. This rain has pushed the schedule back a good couple of weeks. They have not been able to work 5 of the past 7 business days due to the rain.

Need this rain to chill for the rest of the summer.

Apparently there was a monster pothole that opened up on EB Glenmore around Crowchild. Caught a fair number of cars. Have yet to see a picture of it though.
