As per usual ...

1. Rank the prospects as you like. Upside, chances, or trade value
2. I will try and do one a day which should get us to mid to late August
3. Graduates and/or runoffs will be determined in each case
4. Please don't complain that the polls are going to deep. We go until all the prospects are ranked, so don't vote if you don't want to.

			I think it's time for a goalie.
 Sergeev is the guy here

Sergeev for me, even though goalies are voodoo. He looks like a legitimate NHL goalie prospect. Despite not being given enough time playing at UConn, his numbers were always quite good, and he showed what he could do as a clear #1 goalie at Penn State. I hope he makes significant progress on the Wranglers this year. I think with one good season or so in the AHL he could back up Wolf very soon.
Also, he was a goalie picked the Flames in the 7th round, and so I'm just assuming he'll end up being great.

Here are my next 5 in alphabetical order (final rank yet to be determined):

 Kerins!
 Kuznetsov
 Solovyov
 Stockselius
 Stromgren

Stromgren again. Slow but steady improvement in the A, this is a big year for him. I’ll be surprised if he doesn’t get games with the big club this season.

Kerins! Stockselius is too much of an unknown right now. Voting for him is like voting for the mystery box. Also doesn't make any sense to have him above Stromgren, who was also a 2nd round pick and has progressed nicely.

my thoughts on Stromgren over Kerins

they are both running out of runway. Kerins' season last year was clearly the most productive, including a NHL look see and I appreciate the observation that he seems to eventually 'click' at every level he plays at

but WS is a year younger, and to me his productivity last year looks similar to RK's the year prior; but I think WS has other tools that might give him an NHL career whereas I think Kerins (and I could be wrong, this is not an expert opinion) may have less other adaptable NHL skills going for him

Been voting Kerins a few rounds now. Don’t know that his ceiling is as high as some of the other guys that have been going, but I’m intrigued by his progression since he was drafted. Appears to have taken a step forward each and every year, and with him getting those 5 games in last year, I think he’ll understand how hard he needs to work and what exactly he needs to work on this summer, to progress this next step. If he accomplishes that he’s an NHL player this upcoming season.

Sergeev... just because I think he's closer to being ready than the other two Russian goalie prospects. Zarubin has the draft pedigree, and the organization is stoked over Yegorev's progress to the point they want him in NA.

I voted Sergeev, but a few notes on Stockselius:
 -Theo’s 51 points are 17th-best all-time/season in the J20 for a U-18 player.
 - His 1.28 ppg are tied for 50th all-time (over 10 games played) in a J20 season for an U-18 player, tied with Erikson-Ek.
-He was the leading scorer in the J20 playoffs with 16 points in 9 games, which is tied for 3rd all-time (the other 2 did it in 7 games), but he ranks 2nd all-time for a U-18 player.
-Stocky is not yet 18 years old, as his birthday is July 24th.
