Really? I found last year's game awesome and this year is a decent improvement.
What specifically don't you like?
As someone who only plays road to glory my complaints are all centred around that but the whole HS experience they set up, the uselessness of recruiting, the idiocy in coaching changes, the inability to see incoming/outgoing transfers and potential rosters, the required practice to move up a depth chart, that kind of thing. It's fine as a typical EA roster update to the previous year but outside of that nothing special. Unpolished, glitchy, moronic in game AI, you know an EA game
I bought an older game Shadow of Mordor randomly during the Steam sale and I'm not sure how I missed it. This game rules. I've mostly been playing on my steam deck in bed and it's really fun.

Both of those LotR games are really good

Playing Elden Ring Nightreign and getting Platinum has sent me on a soulslike journey. It's kind of like a Souls bootcamp. Couple games I've played and really enjoyed since finishing Nightreign:
- finished Bloodborne + The Lost Hunters DLC this past weekend
- finished Dark Souls 3 last week (working on the DLC)
- finished Lies of P + DLC
- started Dark Souls remastered
Now I'm impatiently awaiting the next Fromsoft release. Gah

Can't believe they patented the Nemesis system. You'll basically never see it in another game.

Haha, and I have never even dabbled in road to glory and I love Dynasty so much. I am also one that tends to overlook small things, yeah EA makes mistakes, but I find this to be a solid game myself.
finally firing up "Death Stranding 2" today. Really looking forward to it.
I played a bit of the first one over the weekend. I really tried to get into it because I've heard great things, but the pacing completely killed it for me - play 5 minutes, watch 10 mins of cutscenes, repeat. Not sure if anyone else had this experience.

Don't sleep on Dark Souls 2. It's not as good as the others but it's still really good. Also, if you have a PS5 the Demon's Souls remake is worth playing.

yeah, it took me a really long time to get into it, partly because the insane amount of cutscenes early on. But once it clicked, it clicked.

These are next on my list after I finish DS1 - probably Demon Souls first since its on PS+. I've got Sekiro on my list as well, a bit scared of the difficulty on that one.
Will probably end up buying a Switch 2 when Duskbloods come out.
