There's a big romantic part of me that's a bit sad. When I was coaching Bantam and even Spring we'd have late night games under the lights, and there's nothing like football under the Friday Night Lights. But I'll stand by what I said earlier that from a player safety stand point, playing this late after being up all day, and then sitting on your ass is how injuries happen.

Well I can tell you it was a long boring wait with little to no news in the stadium which was less than ideal. There were a few announcements but we got the best info off the web. We left at 10:20. It’s going to be a sparse stadium tomorrow. With the craven music festival on hotel rooms are at a premium so most distance fans are most likely heading home. Most of the local fans are probably spent as we spent the time drinking haha. At least I watch it from the garage tomorrow. Go riders!

Wow. I listened to the pregame show for 4 hours on QR77. Dropped my wife and kids off for the Grandstand show, went home and was still listening to it when i picked them back up. I kinda wanted to see a game start at 1115pm. lol
Although i hate Rider fans, making them sit 4 hours in an open air stadium, delayed for air quality is pretty damn crazy and cruel!
