I assume you mean KHL. As a goalie its likely about right for timing... but you have to think he would have been available much later in the draft.

Anything to the rumour that Matt Donna has been added to the Pittsburgh Penguins roster on the NHL media site? Just saw it on reddit but that’s not exactly a reliable source. The same post is saying Kolyachonok has been added to the Dallas Stars roster.

Apparently Matt Dumba has been moved to the Penguins roster on the NHL media site. If true, makes sense for both teams.

We post what we hear/are told and most of that information is not concrete or 100% factual in that its going to happen for sure.

From what I can tell, most of us have connection through different streams to the team/agents or relatives and so its not like we're passing information straight from Craig.

With that said, if it bothers your or gets your blood boiling to the LOL degree than just throw us on ignore, or perhaps stay out of the speculation thread.

Oh well, I guess I'll go back to my old method of fact gathering - reading bones and tea leaves.

Andersson at 50 % is like 2.5 so if they’re are sending another body/contract back in a deal for Andy this move with Pitts surely helps them achieve that.

Thing is you're not moving a 2nd on July 10th just to be compliant.

To me this has to be setting up something else for them, or else there is no reason to make that move right now, especially with so many teams having cap space.

Very different than previous years where cap dumps were tougher since only a handful of teams even had the space to take on the contract.

Not at the expense of having Dumba on the roster. He's been terrible for years.

Wouldn’t hate that. Even though we have a ton of depth at wing, we don’t posses one with his high end skill set.

Dallas needs to retool and also take the next step in the playoffs.

Coleman and Anderson for Robertson and Bischel.

Gives flames a decent top 9 at forward and can continue to sell off pieces where needed.

If you could get Robertson you explore the trade market for him with the California teams. That’s 3 teams that would probably love to have him
