Why is this player taking a paycut from his ELC ?
I suppose he doesn't have much leverage at this point in his career, and with the Panthers' depth, this at least ensures he earns an NHL salary for the entire season.

From most likely to least likely, probably would say ERod, Boq, Luo, and Mikkola. Mikkola is likely testing UFA next season, should get a hefty bump from 2.5m after this season. Pretty much Florida's own rental. ERod and Boq likely need to go, and it's very possible Florida needs to roll with a 22 man roster, which I am sure they're totally cool with. ERod, Boq, and a decent pick for a forward on 775k puts them at exactly $0 in cap left.

I'll toot my own horn for a quick second, but I had Markstrom to the Devil's long before the "real" insider's, some who said he wouldn't be moved.
I know Sec & diss had hits in the past as well, and most recently Village.
Rumour's are just that... rumours (whoda thunk it!)
We post what we hear/are told and most of that information is not concrete or 100% factual in that its going to happen for sure.
From what I can tell, most of us have connection through different streams to the team/agents or relatives and so its not like we're passing information straight from Craig.
With that said, if it bothers your or gets your blood boiling to the LOL degree than just throw us on ignore, or perhaps stay out of the speculation thread.
