Similar. That's from The Engagement (S07E01), he's sitting near the same spot on the pier and then runs through the pigeons.

Fun fact, in episode S09E02 The Voice, Jerry sits in that exact spot too and the people he's looking over at are the exact same that George saw in The Engagement.
