The reason why he kept not getting his own ship, wasn't because he kept passing up the promotions to stay as the executive officer, that's just a cover story. Its because his HR file was 7 feet thick and filled with complaints like "Yeoman Alison caught Riker in her closet again". "Maintenance has to keep cleaning bodily fluids out of the holodeck filters after the program Riker Risa heh heh heh was run". No way man.
Riker was way too into consent for that to be the case, he wasn't a creep at all.
The planet that was run by women (Angel 1 I think). He was super into the submissive male role, gettin' all dressed up in local attire for the lady in charge.
When he got trapped on that planet where he was disguised as an Alien? The hot lady scientist straight up said she'd let him go if he banged her. He was all "You sure about that...there are differences". He wanted to make sure she knew what she was in for.
And dude is always asking Picard to pick up a horga'hn (I'll admit I had to look up how to spell that) for him. If he was a creep he wouldn't be asking for the equivalent of a neon sign that says "I'm up for a little jamaharon, if you are".
No, Riker was a gentleman.
Sure, dude F***s, but he is nothing if not a generous, caring, and most of all respectful lover.
