No you wouldn't. Miller is terrible. Bad in his own end and takes lots of penalties. There is a reason the Rangers are dumping him. He would be the ultimate whipping boy here.

I don't think this changes anything for the Hurricanes wanting Andersson.
Miller as a LD would replace Orlov on the second pair.
