And McDavid will be concerned his poor depth support has gotten tremendously worse.
This can't help the chances of him staying.
It's an enjoyable day! The end of any Edmonton threat at winning a cup seems likely

They traded Kane, they traded Arvidsson and they have done nothing. It sure looks like he is gone and player around the league know it.

Oilers 100% going to sign Carter Hart. With the departure of Kane and Perry the moral compass of the Oilers is way too high, it will get modified with a Hart signing at $1 MM per.

Some of the things I've read from Oilers fans wanting to sign Hart, saying he's Innocent... Or even worse taking shots at EM are absolutely vile. What a sewer of an organization and fanbase. I haven't seen a single poster on here suggesting we sign any of the defendants, let alone condemn the victim in the case. This really is a uniquely Edmonton thing. I could never support my team if they signed Carter Hart.

I don’t know, you’d have to think if you were Carter Hart or any of those guys the last place they’d want to sign is in Canada. Everyone knows who they are. I would assume they would want to go a US state that doesn’t care about hockey.
