I may as well double down and predict that Cody Ceci ends up on the Flames too.

Will just take a swing on what the Flames get in UFA market.

I don't think they add a D at least early in free agency. Parekh will start with Flames given circumstances. Solovyov is waiver eligible this season so will leave one spot for him or another young Wrangler D to win a spot too. Flames still have Weegar, Bean, Miromanov, Pachal, Bahl under contract. They might add a D if Andersson moved soon. R shot vet right D would likely get added as a 6-8 in such a circumstance.

Expecting Vladar to sign elsewhere where he can at least platoon as a 1B in hopes of replacing an aging vet goalie there in a year or two.

Flames sign Anton Forsberg to a one year deal at 3.3 million. Good GSAA/60 last year (better than Vladar). Team needs at least another year to understand what they have in Cooley or Sergeev.

Need to find another R shot center now that Cody Glass apparently qualified.

Jack Roslovic is projected to sign a three-year contract with an annual average value (AAV) of around $4.1 million in the upcoming 2025 free agency, according to The Hockey Writers. Canucks Army notes

Adam Gaudette would be cheaper option as a right shot center.

Will go with one of those two as our biggest splash in free agency.

Flames will sign Ivan Prosvetov if Dan Vladar goes elsewhere.

He and Cooley battle for the backup position behind Dustin Wolf.

Lots of vets the Flames could sign to an Anthony Mantha type deal and move at the deadline for assets. It may not have worked out last year, but it often does for other teams. I would make one year offers for players like Nyquist, Bjugstad, Eller, Dvorak, Pacioretty, Burns, and Klinberg. Eat half of their salary at the deadline, and move for picks/prospects.

Maybe gives Stanley Cup Champion Poolparty an AHL contract just for the lols.

Is Dumoulin still good? He might be a good target as a steady 4/5 partner for the kids and a pseudo-replacement for Andersson.

Would rather just give young players in the system a chance. If Mantha had not been injured, Coronato might have been in the AHL for most of the season. I would rather have the opportunity available for guys like Honzek, Gridin, Suniev to battle it out for roster spots. The return for guys like Nyquist isn’t worth taking a spot from the young players IMO.

Let's piss off Canuck fans and the Canuck management and sign Brock Boeser to a team friendly 4 year deal at 2.5 million.
Lol I know it won't happen but it would be fricken awsome if he did sign.i bet he signs with the Avs or The Kings

Offer: Brock Boeser 1 year 8 million, Ehlers 1 year 10 million, and anyone else who will listen a 1 year inflated contract.

Ehlers may get that on a 7 year deal. Boeser might get that number (8)as well.

These are the premium forwards available and lots of teams have lots of cap to throw around.

Zero chance they accept a 1 year deal to play for a team with few offensive players.
