The Leafs have nothing to offer us and the only people talking about Kadri to the Leafs are rumour sites and fans. Don't expect Kadri to be going anywhere. The Leafs are sticking to their plan nicely, they don't need Kadri.

I wish the Flames were in a position to 'cheat', bend the rules, and find loopholes to put them over the top. I'd love to have a grimy GM that would do anything and everything to improve the team.

To me Matthews is the problem
Brad says he wants to change the DNA
Matthews is the one who misplayed the Gold winner in 4 Nations, and disappeared in the playoffs.
But they stripped Tavares and gave him the C
So two things don’t change
- Tre loses a star, and in this case not technically for nothing but for a pretty underwhelming return, a role player
- Tre is a yapper

Marner said he was asked to waive for Carolina but had no interest in signing with them and wouldn’t waive with a newborn on the way. They heard Toronto approached Vegas on a 3 way deal and that’s when he found out they were interested. That’s his he knew Vegas was his #1 choice but he had others. Vegas didn’t want to compete in free agency for him and wanted to lower the AAV.
