Icon48 Around the league, didn't get a qualifying offer edition

Wonder who takes a chance on him

Despite the previous reports, NJ did qualify Cody Glass.

Friedman reported earlier that NJ was aware of the interest in Glass and decided to qualifiy him

I wouldn’t mind Lundestrom either, or Kurashev. Lundestrom has been relegated to a checking role on the Ducks, and he’s very good defensively, but I think there’s more there.

That seems like a pretty hokey way to make management decisions.

It was NJ's hope that they could not qualify him and still re-sign him at a deal cheaper than the QO or what he would get in arb, but apparently there was a ton of interest from other teams. So they were forced to qualify him in order to keep him.

Tomasino and Lundestrom are the only ones that interest me. Maybe Kaliev.

Tomassino and Perunovich for me. With a side of Leason.

Jacob Bernard-Docker wasn’t QOed by the Sabres. Was a key piece to the Dylan Cozens trade. Strange asset management…

Is Kurashev worth an offer? One season removed from 50 pts and often stood out on an abysmal Hawks team.

Maybe because his name sounds like a serial killer

I remember Oiler media suggesting they could trade him as the centerpiece for Eric Karlsson.

What's the deal with Tomasino? He has decent counting stats and is only 23. Not small either. I haven't watched him really at all, what's the knock on him?

I think injuries have eaten into his effectiveness, and slowed his development. I've always liked him though, he's smart, and an excellent skater.

Why, they likely could trade him for something.
