Costco is great and no 17 minute video will change my mind about that. I go into zen mode and take my time when I shop there.

I don't go into zen mode, but I have no issues with Costco even when it's busy. Aisles are wide, everything is easy to find, almost everything is the best bang-for-the-buck that you can get, and the cashiers prioritize efficiency so even when it's busy you don't have to wait that long

The exception of course is the Beacon Hill Costco. That place is a hive of scum and villainy that even the Costco aura can't surpass

The East Hills Costco seems to have more of the oblivious idlers with the entire family along blocking all the aisles than the other ones for some reason.

However it also seems to have the most people unaware that the self checkout is a thing so it evens out I guess.

Also since they added the 3rd pumps to most of the lanes at the East Hills Costco getting gas there has been great.
