Agreed. For a 6' 4" prospect to only have 4PIMs in 47 games (2 of which I believe came from a puck over glass penalty) is probably indicative of some red flags. But he's definitely a first rounder.

I feel sorry for Chicago if they take Anton Frondell. He is not a 3rd overall talent, will be a huge mistake taking Frondell that high especially after drafting Levshunov 2nd. The comparables to Barkov are very wrong, Frondell is not that talented. He’s more comparable to Niskushkin which isn’t bad but isn’t worth a 3rd overall pick.
Second highest point per game by a draft eligible all time in the Allsvenskan, behind Elias Pettersson, ahead of William Nylander and David Pastrnak. I think you are really undervaluing how good Frondell is.

His uncle got an over the glass penalty once too...

Sure sounds like there are a lot of teams trying to move up in the draft, it's getting harder to envision Calgary being able to get into the top 10 range, 11-15 maybe. If Pittsburgh doesn't move their picks to move up, I could see Dubas moving the Rangers pick to move down acquire more picks.

Happy Draftmas, everyone! (Draftmas for the rest of us!)
May we present as a present of sorts, dare I say Sandman's favourite code we've offered to date and this will conclude my somewhat-admittedly-spammy posts regarding our Upside Guide...
Our last discount code: "RAT63" for, you guessed it, a Marchand-alorian 63% off of our Upside Guide to the #NHLDraft.
Get after it. And sharing this post enters you into a draw for one of three free copies!
*** I have to ramble on a bit here as a thx - apologies lol (A stormy weekend in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies helped me dedicate many hours this past weekend and last week to finalize this thing and get the Upside Guide to the masses (or at least some eyes)!
We are proud of the fact at least one NHL staff member (a member of a coaching staff) as well as at least one AHL team's personnel bought our Upside Guide!
Thanks for all the support (even for those who didn't purchase the Guide and read our stuff on upsidehockey.com and/or via our Substack upsidehockey.substack.com - the Upside Guide was an experiment of sorts to see if we could pull it off and we have to be happy with the inaugural run!)

@Bingo - confirming - was this your last Consensus Rankings edition? Merci!
Looks like the 'celeb' that will be announcing the Flames picks will be Lanny. I'm here for it. I hope he makes the picks in that Hawaiian shirt & bucket hat though!
