Glue Gun back in action.Time to put 3rd line grinder in on key situations.
Or take your most intense player ( Bennet) and get him to play with a wet rag ( Jankowski).

Part of me hopes it's Gulutzan for the lols, but seriously - you think he's going to be the one to help you beat the Oilers?
I guess if you can't beat them, steal their assistant coach.

Holy ####, Neil Graham was one of my best friends in elementary. Had no clue he was still involved in hockey. Good old Lake Bonavista kid!

Not unheard of of course, (Dallas did it with Hitchcock). But unusual for that level of coach. The others were all generally successful and/or big names: Hitchcock, Lemaire, Sutter, Torts, Therrienn, Carlyle.

Know him too / met him a few times growing up. You and I probably know each other.

Knew he was interviewing and Friedman mentioned this in an interview last week but I thought it was in relation to an assistant coach gig. He was player/coach when he was in college which I always thought was hilarious and he’s been coaching their minor team for quite some time.

He interviewed last Friday.

Great guy and hope he gets it!

Flames aren’t winning the cup in the short term. We need the other west contenders good to ensure the Oilers don’t win.

Yeah, he was (and I'm sure still is) a great guy.
Very much cheering for him to get it, and if he does, might have to start cheering for the Stars.

Yeah, he was (and I'm sure still is) a great guy.
I think we went to highschool together too, but we were definitely in different circles by then.
Very much cheering for him to get it, and if he does, might have to start cheering for the Stars.
