Andersson is a good fit on just about every team, 90% of the league is looking for top 4 RHS defense.

I hope a team gives a ridiculous return for Andersson, and that team signs him to a long term deal and he isn't a fit. I dont like other teams and after a player leaves the Flames, I dont care.

Yikes. The UFA market is that bad that you have to be in on him as a priority. Good luck to all those teams. He's on the downside of his career. The equivalent of Max Domi in many ways. Won't be a difference maker.

It would be so awesome to see a massive move leading into the draft.
Trade 1:
To Dallas: Andersson (50% retained) + 32nd overall + Posposil
To Chicago: Robertson + 18th overall
To Calgary: 3rd overall
Trade 2:
To San Jose: 3rd overall + Mews + 2026 2nd round pick
To Calgary: 2nd overall
Dallas gets a top pairing defenceman and a coveted middle six forward with speed and physicality.
Chicago gets a ppg 25-year-old top line forward to play with Bedard and they still get a pick in the mid-first round.
San Jose gets a really solid defensive prospect and gets to pick Frondell who is likely the best goal scorer in the draft - his one timer is on a level that is compared to Ovechkin.
Calgary gets Misa.

Flames are due - we've helped plenty of teams fill out their rosters over the past 30 years.

Return aside I can only imagine the hilarity of the Rasmussen stare down of oiler fans in the cup finals if he played for Florida. 3 in a row over the doofus’ up north would be glorious.

Doesn’t look like I missed anything too crazy regarding the flames while I was in the sky. With the amount of work I have the next couple of days I would be fine with the Flames action starting on Friday

With the right partner and system he's definitely got the skills to break out in a big way.
