What about the ongoing rumors that Byram isn't a great room guy? Are those false? When he was on Colorado he was a legit prospect. Now dropped off a little.

And the Sabres also got a 1st and 2nd for Eichel

But in both cases there were issues between player in team which is why those opportunities come up you jump on them.

There are no such issues between Fantilli and CBJ

From previous accounts I believe his problems are more about where in the line up he plays, won't be an issue in CGY outside of top PP into time. Nobody's beating Parekh for that spot. But there's a nifty top 4 LD slot open for him and make it his in CGY. Gift wrapped and ready to go.

That’s the problem though. Coronato is a great player but wouldn’t be their best winger, Ras is top 4 and Wolf a Calder runner up so he is good. Fantilli is still the best asset on the trade by a lot.

Use the Eichel trade. Coronato Honzek a 26 protected 1st and 2nd.

Far from ripping your team to shreds for a guy who scored 7 more goals albeit played the premier position in the league.

This isn’t the 80s or 90s. Joe Thornton who went into the hall of fame has more assists than the players he got traded for combined.

That’s why these trades are rare because you usually are a massive loser trading a #1C.
