Initially my thought was...Drumpf wants to start a war because then he has excuses to hand out lucrative government defense contracts to his buddies and probably take some kickbacks on those.

But I feel like there has to be more to it than that, but at the same time, Trump isn't that crafty. I tend to believe that Trump is genuinely thicker than pig s###. So...its hard to derive motivation without knowing who the real puppet-master is and what they want.

Trump may be a dimwit, and the exact phrase “martial law” is not in Project 2025, but the sentiment sure is. Any excuse to invoke martial law and suspend elections.

To be fair, getting true and accurate information out of Iran is difficult because journalism is essentially banned in the country. It's mostly either from Iran state media which is unreliable or social media which has a lot of fake news or stories that can support practically any view point.
