The Oilers should be the opponent for the Panthers season opener banner raising.

I think the Oilers should have to start the season in the AHL and earn promotion.

Seems like the Panthers stole the Oilers' victory song from these finals. Excellent! More salt.

I can't help but think that Tkachuk brought his Oilers hatred with him to Florida and it became infectious.

This is great, the grease pigs deserve to get bashed at every opportunity for being all hype and ####ting the bed. Bunch of individuals, criminals and scumbags. The media wanted to force McDavid and his #### personality down our throats, there you go, ya goof.

I said it before, but the best thing of all this, is we get to relive it on Primes Faceoff Season 2. Season 1 had the best ending ever. And now we get the inner workings and the pure pain and destruction of this season's end. I cannot wait

I like to thank Marchand, a guy with a real punchable face, for beating the Canuck’s to start his career and the oilers to end it.

And punking the Leafs the entire time in between

What is this song? What is the significance? I've never heard of it.

The song is Pink Pony Club by Chappel Roan. It’s a pretty big LGBTQ anthem and is probably the most popular song in the world (definitely North America) over the last 18 months. Pretty hard to avoid if you listen to the radio, go on social media, or go just about anywhere lol.

As for the significance: apparently the Oilers started using it as their victory song (not sure if it was during the playoffs or before that) and the Panthers seemingly just like trolling the Oilers incredibly hard, so now they’ve taken it as their victory song as well.

What is needed next is for Florida’s mascot Stanley C. Panther to punk the Oilers Methcat.

Florida should appropriate La Bamba too while they're at it.

Staples? Who cares what he says. But you yourself are pretty high on frank serevelli and his sources, even citing him as your own source during the gaudrwau thing. He's claiming McDavid stays 100%.

I try not to pile on and you very well could be that connected but to me the gaudreau and McDavid things stuck out to me as peculiar. Certain things you've said about both seem to almost sound like you're in the room with families, like info that the best insiders in the business could only dream of getting (guy not being happy with Johnny's wife for example).

McDavid to Toronto would be the biggest hockey story in decades yet no other insider has claimed its even likely yet 100% happening like you have. But more so its the language, where you sound like you know this from someone very close to him, yet the desire of the NHL biggest stars intentions to leave for Toronto has not made it outnof his cirlce to anyone else.

Furthermore, if he was always going to go to Toronto 100% as its his childhood dream, why did he sign a max term contract with edmonton 8 years ago? Why not get the ball rolling on a being a leaf for more of his young prime?

I hs e explained before why he signed that long term first deal. One, it was big dollars. Two, McDavid really wanted to bring a Cup to Edmonton because he felt loyal to the team that drafted him. However, his intentions have always been at some point in his career to play for the Leafs. The Oilers have come damn close these past couple years, the only way I am possibly wrong is if he thinks the window stays open for a few more years and he signs a one or two year extension, I can't see it as it's too risky.

Obviously I am not going to reveal my source in this but of any source I have ever had in hockey this one is the most solid easily for this. I will counter Bob Stauffer and FS by saying he is leaving, 100%. If I am wrong everybody can have their pile on and rightfully so.

What's the bet exactly? McDavid signs with the Leafs vs Not signing with the Leafs? You have rock solid intelligence so the agreement should be that specific, since that's your exact claim.

Also let's be honest here man, you need to take a step back when you post nonsense like this. This is trending towards "I'll fly out to Calgary and fight -nik" territory. We've all seen your posts in the off topic section, neither the beating up nik or losing a $100 bet to multiple people is in the cards. Just take a step back, people are allowed to use your own words against you. Sorry but the Guy Gaudreau about his daughter in (and her family) was gross then and it's gross now. You said it, getting mad about it doesn't change anything.
