Have you noticed a change in how people shop in stores? Many people will get on their phones or face time with friends. Sharing photos and videos and discussing potential purchases. Taking 15-30 minutes to decide on a $15 bottle of wine. Is shopping a communal social activity for some?

Thoughts on drinking low-salt V8 juice as a way to get more vegs into my diet? I know it’s not a perfect substitute as it doesn’t provide the fibre of whole vegetables. I try to get 6-8 servings a day but it’s sometimes hard.

Back to my flag question, the blue flag was still up this morning but they put the Canadian flag back up in the last hour or so. It looked like the blue flag was likely some sort of European flag because I think it had one of those euro dragons that is on some of their flags.

It was the governor general's flag. I am across the street from it. There was also a drone tethered with a rope of some sort next to it.

For me, the bigger question is, why does the GG have their own flag? When the GG travels somewhere in Canada do they always fly that flag? Does the active GG get to modify the flag (ie. if they don't like the lion can they change it to a bear?)

Kind of an odd situation, my property value increase was less than typical, so I have a lower than average tax increase. Yay? Maybe the first half of the tips was based on typical increase, so I was overpaying.

Ya, I'm pretty sure that's how it works. So any value change ends up being larger in your TIPS to make up the adjustment for the first 6 months, plus the new rate(or minus, in your case).
