I think he got injured in game 3 when Ekblad layed him out. I guess we'll find out in a couple days.

^ They big time overpay Bouchard which is great because he's not worth half of what he'll get
Which will also play a factor in them not having enough money to pay decent players to support McDavid, so he'll walk.
And when than happens, the rest of the signed "core" will request trades.

So in the 2024-25 NHL season and playoffs the Oilers only had one more win versus the Panthers than the Flames did.

Big changes coming for the oilers after this years draft. Who knows what their 3rd, 6th and 7th round picks might turn into (note that is all the picks they have this year and no first until 2027).
