How boring must it be to pilot that Stratotanker in large IMS oval for hours on end? Also the $$$ to keep those things in the air all day.
Also, I thought there was a no fly zone over Kananaskis? Does that not include commerical? I just saw an Air Canada passenger jet track right through the oval.

Arriving/departing YYC or a high level overflight? The restrictions may only be in effect below 18 000 ft

Anyone know where a good spot to watch it take off would be, or atleast potentially watch the ospreys come in from kananaskis? It's my understanding that most of the common viewing areas near the airport have been shut down, but I could be wrong

The viewing area right off McKnight was open. The side streets around Aviation where you could see the Ospreys were all cordoned off though.

It's looking like Trump might be leaving in the same timeframe that Zelensky arrives which could be interesting considering it results in a 30 min stop of all traffic including other VIP's.
