Just when I thought Black Mirror had hit a low point with episode 2 of season 7, I get to episode 3 ‘Hotel Reverie’. Just awful.

So I'm watching the Vietnam Documentary...I'm halfway through E2, its been a while since I've seen the Ken Burns one and I might re-visit that later, but overall this Netflix version is pretty good.
It should go without saying...Dan Rather is a rather good interview...
Will report back.

I'm weird, but tonight's ep. of Everybody's Live was my favourite.
After a couple of bland but enjoyable weeks, to get back on the weird side of things was great.

Welp, Mulaney's finale went long tonight, but so worth it.
Sean Penn is a weird dude, definitely lived an interesting life. Smoked two darts, in front of an audience made up of teenagers.

I can't tell if Sean Penn is permafried, old enough to be kinda spacey, or just a weird dude.
Whatever the answer, he's undeniably cool.

The Bone Thugs-N-Harmony reveal was second only to the Evanescence reveals in The Rehearsal.

What? Smoking in front of teenagers? Is smoking the equivalent of jerking off now?

Binged Dept. Q. It's very good as you follow along the investigation. And who doesn't love Scottish accents?

I second that. We're really enjoying the show. We aren't quite done yet, on episode 7 I think. It's a surprisingly well written show.

watched episode 1 last night.
Agreed. I could listen to the accents all day.
Wife and I loved the first episode. Looking forward to watching the second one tonight.
I like how is shows how even the good people have bad sides or do bad things.
Like the lawyer lady in the first episode. Marrit? I dislike her so much.
going to be fun to see how it plays out.
I should see if the library has the books.

Late on this, but watching this now. Incredible. Very difficult to watch at times. The acting and attention to small details are amazing.
The first episode, where they are processing him as a dangerous offender but also treating him like a child, creates this constant jarring juxtaposition. I thought the 4 hour run-time might be a slog, but it goes by very quickly.

Working my way through it right now and, as good as Matthew Goode is? Alexej Manvelov as Akram is thoroughly and unapologetically stealing this show so far.

Dept Q was a decent watch. Agree Akram is a good character, and I like the group they have assembled and see promise for future seasons
I did have some issue with some of the details in the last episode
